These terms and conditions govern the sale, including registration, of Arte Diamante products through the website www.artediamante.pt
These conditions are agreed between Arte Diamante, with tax identification number n. 503437948 with the address geral@artediamante.pt, hereinafter referred to as Arte Diamante, and between any person, individual or collective, who wishes to make purchases through the domain www.artediamante.pt from now on designated "user".
The use of the website www.artediamante.pt and the purchase of Arte Diamante products presupposes the knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions by the user.
The website www.artediamantel.pt t is directed at all users who want to purchase products Arte Diamante from their home or workplace, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Arte Diamante reserves the right to modify at any time the information, the range of products, prices, promotions and the terms and conditions existing on the website www.artediamante.pt
Place orders to the website
To order at www.artediamante.pt it is necessary that the user has an email account and that your browser is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will consent to the use of all navigability conditions of the Arte Diamante website
The user may proceed to the online purchase of products, for which it is necessary that:
- find the product (s) you want to purchase;
-add the selected product (s) to the "shopping cart";
-register the personal data of the user, which will be integrated in the database of Arte Diamante in the terms provided in the privacy policy, which include the "delivery address", "billing address", , number telephone number and the tax identification number (vat);
-review your order and confirm the order;
The user will receive an order confirmation email with details regarding stock availability and shipping costs
Your order will be delivered by the carrier chosen at the delivery address indicated in the purchase process and with the respective detailed invoice.
By submitting the order form the user accepts the terms and conditions of purchase described in www.artediamante.pt, as well as with the privacy policy.
Arte Diamante reserves the right to refuse and cancel orders already confirmed, in the following situations:
The product is not available;
The payment is not carried out using any of the payment methods specified on the website www.artediamante.pt
The payment cannot be confirmed;
The billing information is not correct or verifiable;
There is an error in the price quotation;
it is not possible to deliver the order at the delivery address provided by the user.
Prices
The prices of the products displayed on the website www.artediamante.pt you will need to add all applicable taxes and charges in force.
The prices are all quoted in euros (€). The change of country of delivery may have an effect on prices due to different transport costs. Customs costs related to the country of delivery of the order will be borne by the customer.
The prices of the products displayed on the website are subject to change. Arte Diamante reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
If there is an error in the price of the requested products, Arte Diamante or the user may, until sending the order, cancel the order.
The user must pay only the amount detailed in the order confirmation.
Payment methods
The user can make payment of his purchases by transfer bank.
Arte Diamante does not accept any method of payment other than those mentioned in the previous point. The user should not attempt to pay by any other means that does not appear in the discriminated payment methods. If you do, we will not be liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may happened.
Shipping costs
The cost of shipping is calculated based on the place of delivery, weight and dimensions of the product.
Outside europe, all orders will have an associated shipping cost, and may require the payment of customs costs, according to the country of delivery.
Delivery
Arte Diamante shall send the product(s) ordered by the user, from monday to friday, from 9am to 16pm, except on holidays, and according to the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address provided by the user.
Our delivery service does not include scheduling options, so the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact from the carrier, thus being necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the order.
The responsiveness of Arte Diamante within these deadlines is, however, dependent on the availability of stock.
Arte Diamante will inform the user of the availability of the product(s).
in case of unavailability of the carrier to make the delivery of the purchased products on the specified date, the user will be contacted to be given another delivery date.
At the time of delivery, the user must inspect the package in order to check for possible damage. If the user finds that the products are damaged, you should not accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned. The user should report the situation, if possible documented with photos, to the e-mail geral@artediamante.pt and if the user agrees, Arte Diamante will proceed to resend the order at no cost to the user. If the user wishes to cancel the order, the full amount paid for the order will be reimbursed.
Arte Diamante considers the delivery done with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed delivery address.
Returns & exchanges
we’re happy to accept returns if your order does not meet your expectations, has defects or other non-compliances.
if you need to send your item or items back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return them. The costs of the return will be supported by the customer.
Please ensure your items are returned new, unused and with all Arte Diamante tags attached. Arte Diamante reserves the right to refuse the return of products with visible signs of use, which have been washed or transformed in any way.
At this moment, we do not accept exchanges outside europe. If you wish to return your order from outside europe, please contact our customer service support to geral@artediamante.pt in order to receive all the details for the return.
Returning products:
The user may return the product(s) ordered fourteen (14) days after receiving them, provided that:
The product(s) have not been used;
The product(s) maintain their original features and labels intact;
The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying the orders must be returned to Arte Diamante
Please contact our customer care team to geral@artediamante.pt in order to indicate the item(s) your wish to return. Include your order number.
Once the returned items is received, geral@artediamante.pt will review and confirm its condition.
If the returned products are damaged or worn, Arte Diamante reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund the user.
The user should note that if the return has been made for reasons other than the existence of justified defects or non-conformity of the products ordered, Arte Diamante will not make the reimbursement of the shipping costs. Therefore, Arte Diamante will not reimburse the cost of delivery initially supported by the customer for the respective order.

Arte Diamante does not sell second-hand products, faulty or of lower quality than the market standards. The main characteristics of each product are shown on the website www.artediamante.pt in each product page.

Warranty and after-sales support
